A CLEAR PATHWAY TO GROWTH
At Founder’s Fire, coaches have a well-defined career progression from Success Coach to Results Coach to Lead Coach. Our comprehensive program provides coaches with all the necessary training, tools, and assessments to help them succeed at each stage of their journey. You’ll be actively working with clients after two months and the program takes a full year to complete. Throughout the program, coaches receive ongoing support and guidance from our experienced team of MasterCoaches, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel in their roles and make a positive impact on clients.
SUCCESS COACH
Success coaches are assigned to each client. They are active on live coaching calls, assisting the MasterCoaches and interfacing with the client to provide accountability and implementation assistance

Results coaches are active on all client calls, handling the practical application of the Founder’s Fire method. They also engage the client directly throughout the week through real-time support.

Lead coaches direct every client call. They communicate the vision of the Founder’s Fire method, teach the curriculum, share strategies, and guide the cohort through the journey.
