ERIC BECK
Over the past 23 years, Eric Beck has coached over 1000 business owners in the process of systemization, scaling, and getting the free from the daily grind. In the process he has pioneered a proven system called Founder’s Fire that provides down-to-the-minute clarity, as well as a community of accountability to drive the process of reclaiming the fire that leads entrepreneurs on their journey. He has spoken to over 10,000 people live drawing on his experience as a US Army Vet, Jazz musician, Educator, and former Director of Training at Emyth Worldwide.

Sarah Bush is a seasoned professional with a passion for supporting small to medium-sized businesses virtually. In 2010, she embarked on a journey to provide indispensable assistance to CEOs in various industries, including authors, keynote speakers, life and business coaches, health and wellness experts, and startup entrepreneurs seeking dedicated support.Her expertise extends to crafting exceptional large-scale conferences, conventions, and destination retreats. Sarah thrives on meticulously orchestrating and delivering flawless events from start to finish. Her forte lies in assembling teams, shouldering the weight of leadership responsibilities, and curating unforgettable moments for attendees. Her commitment to bringing order, innovation, and strategic thinking to the table has consistently elevated the success and growth of the businesses she’s collaborated with.
SARAH BUSH
Senior Coach + Director of Training
Jeff has devoted his professional life to coaching, encouraging, and strategizing with salespeople and business owners. His dad worked for Zig Ziglar, who shaped Jeff’s views on life and business. Jeff is a Louisiana native, LSU graduate, and Marine Corps veteran.
In 1999, he married Connie and began a career in pharmaceutical sales and management, winning many awards. In 2010, they founded Fidelis Senior Home Care, a thriving 2M+ senior care agency serving DFW. He has worked with dozens of other entrepreneurs who started home care agencies in 10 states. He loves his children, his faith community, and outdoor adventures of all kinds.

Debra and her husband Stephen are third generation owners of an electrical contractor business in the Panhandle of Texas. As a coach with Founders Fire, she is passionate about guiding others to reclaim freedom from their business so that they can fully realize their potential in their business, finances, family, and passions. Debra, Stephen, and their two young boys enjoy bass fishing, woodworking, and spending time together outside.

Grace Cooper lives in West Texas. She is a personal Ramsey Financial Coach as well as a sales agent in her family’s real estate business. The vision of seeing business owners set free by a fully systemized business and able to intentionally invest in their family, employees, and community drew Grace to Founder’s Fire. She is passionate about helping business owners move from the business owning them and their time to them owning their business and life. In her free time, Grace enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and being outdoors.

Gloria has many years of business experience, serving in various operational roles for multiple types of companies, including construction, engineering, insurance, and churches, as well as having owned health clubs in Florida. She currently resides in north Georgia close to family. A bit of an adrenaline junkie, she enjoys outdoor adventures, as well as travel, and playing & listening to great music. Her goal is to see the lives of business owners, their families, staff, and communities changed and transformed while building a business and a life that truly honors God and influences the world around them.

Kory, a Nebraska native, now resides in Colorado with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Faith and Joey.
Kory has been blessed in founding several businesses in his entrepreneurial journey, primarily from scratch. Currently, he is building a thriving sales and implementation company, specializing in digital solutions for the Field Service Management Industry.
Outside the office, Kory is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, snowboarding, and boating with his family. His love for BBQing is well-known, and he can often be found grilling for friends, family, or anyone who appreciates a good barbecue.
Kory’s passion for coaching derives from his love of business; it's a journey towards a purposeful future, guided by faith and a strong belief in God's plan. Kory is passionate about sharing this journey, helping fellow entrepreneurs discover their own God-given purpose in life."

Judah Beck is a Success Coach here at Founder’s Fire! His role is to assist clients implement the principles and strategies they receive through coaching. Additionally, he helps to produce content, troubleshoot technical issues and maintain the various websites at Founders Fire. This company attracted him because of the scope of it's mission and the potential it has. Haggard by burning out in the service and sales industries for 4 years, Judah was intrigued by the new horizons Founders Fire has to offer. And apart from working? Well, living in Denver Colorado, there's quite a bit to do outside of work. You can find him playing tennis, working out and doing the occasional obstacle course race. When he's not outside, he's probably playing or writing music.

Michelle is herself a long time entrepreneur running her own real estate business for over 15 years. Being a native of Ocala, Michelle’s dedication to her community shines through her decision to raise her children there. Her fondness for outdoor pursuits such as tennis and biking mirrors her appreciation for Ocala’s vibrant lifestyle, particularly for families. With a strong foundation in entrepreneurship for women and a fervor for customer service, Michelle guides clients through Founder’s Fire retreats and workshops, ensuring they have a world-class experience every time.

Partnering with organizations, entrepreneurs, and business people from different walks of life and helping them to achieve their life goals and mission is what he has spent his career investing in.
Whether it is around the board room table or in the weeds of administrative work, Peter thrives in helping to move projects and vision forward.
Husband to Bobbi for 15 years, father to two amazing boys, Jaxson and Kylan, Peter is passionate about spending time with family, going on adventures, making memories, and sitting around kitchen tables full of laughter and joy!
